The second room is a great sized room with a large mirrored closet that extends wall to wall! Great natural lighting and has a nice beach breeze 24/7! The large second master bathroom is just across the hall! Rent $1700

 

The entire second floor is an enormous loft studio that is like its own private studio! With its own open floor plan: bedroom, dinning table and two chairs, its own private living room that has a couch and 55 inch TV, and tons of storage, you never need to go down the loft studio stairs except to use the bathroom and to cook! Rent $1600

Recently remodeled, the interior features modern laminate wood flooring, plush carpet, amazingly remodeled and clean bathrooms, and updated lighting fixtures throughout. You can’t miss the unique collage, of more mirrors than you can count, that grow all the way up the walls to the high vaulted ceilings, truly a work of art! The kitchen incorporates high-end appliances and plenty of cabinetry. The open concept kitchen and living room area provides the perfect place for friendly get-togethers or just unwinding and watching TV while preparing yourself dinner.

On those chilly Cali nights, you can even wrap up by the brick fire place in the living room and watch your favorite movie and make s’mores. *If you and your roommate do not want a third roommate and want that third room for guests only, rent is $2200 per person. If the third room is not rented out anytime during your stay, you will pay the normal room charges of $1750 per room. When a third roommate moves into the unit, the extra discount will be applied to your rent.
