This top unit is in the most sought after location in pacific beach! In the middle of the two most popular beaches, it’s on calm and quiet streets but close enough to walk to all the action;  bars, shops, and restaurants! The best of both worlds! You can get home from work, put your running shoes on and walk half a block to the beach and take a jog around the beach on the boardwalk then come home shower and hit the town with your friends on foot! 

The small building has a shared laundry room with a locked courtyard. You also have a private parking spot under a carport and easy street parking with spots always available right out front of your place! 

Huge Master bedroom with a desk and tons of storage space! Built in cabinets and huge closet! The regular size room is very nice size with a mirrored closet wall and a huge dresser for storage. Nice artwork accents and details! Both rooms share a nice sized bathroom.

The kitchen has new stainless steal appliances and is fully stocked! Huge 70 inch tv in the living to host movie night! 

 

The place gets great natural sunlight both times of the day, sunrise in the kitchen for breakfast and sunset on the side of your bedrooms how perfect is that! 

All I can say is location location location. This truly is the best area to live in pb!
